Claudio Cinapri – President
Claudio Cinapri serves as President of the South Georgian Bay Building Association. With extensive experience in local residential construction and trade services, Claudio is dedicated to advocating for regional builders, fostering industry collaboration, and promoting high standards of craftsmanship across the South Georgian Bay area.
Adam Mighton – Vice President
Adam Mighton (BBA, CPA, CGA) is the Vice President of the SGBBA and Chief Operating Officer at Mighton Construction Limited and Mighton’s Well Services. Bringing a background in corporate accounting, financial management, and hands-on site supervision, Adam focuses on strengthening business practices, streamlining local development processes, and supporting sustainable growth for area contractors.
Colleen Bannerman – Treasurer
Colleen Bannerman serves as Treasurer for the SGBBA, overseeing financial reporting and organizational fiscal management. Her expertise ensures the association maintains financial transparency, allowing the board to effectively fund local initiatives, industry events, and advocacy programs for its members.
George Watson – Director
George Watson is a Director and Founding member on the SGBBA board, offering years of practical construction experience and strong connections to the local trades community. George works actively to support association outreach, member engagement, and local build safety initiatives.
Tava Oplt – Director
Tava Oplt serves as a Director for the SGBBA, contributing valuable technical knowledge and industry insight to the association. Tava is passionate about advancing regional trade networks, supporting local supplier relationships, and addressing the evolving needs of area homebuilders.
Tyler Rollins – Director
Tyler Rollins is a Director with the SGBBA, bringing dedicated field perspective and project management skills to the board leadership team. Tyler works to ensure strong communication between local trades, municipal partners, and community stakeholders.

Formerly known as the Wasaga Builders and Contractors Association, our organization has officially rebranded as the South Georgian Bay Building Association (SGBBA).
While our roots remain firmly planted in supporting local trades and contractors, this transition reflects our growing reach across the broader South Georgian Bay region—including Wasaga Beach, Collingwood, Clearview, The Blue Mountains, and surrounding communities.
