Mighton Construction Limited is a family-run custom home and cottage builder based at 1 Kelley Crescent in Wasaga Beach, building across Wasaga Beach, Collingwood, The Blue Mountains, Clearview Township, Tiny Township, Springwater, and the surrounding South Georgian Bay region since 1992.

We build custom four-season cottages and waterfront homes on Georgian Bay — including full teardowns that replace aging seasonal cottages with year-round residences — alongside luxury custom homes, ICF foundations and custom ICF homes as Certified Nudura and Foxblocks installers, home additions, whole-home renovations, premium kitchens and bathrooms, basement finishing, and church construction and renovations.

Cottage and waterfront lots in this area carry requirements a general builder rarely sees: engineered foundations for beach sand and high water tables, shoreline setbacks, and Nottawasaga Valley Conservation Authority (NVCA) permitting. We handle those approvals as part of the build.

Every project runs on an open-book, cost-plus budget, so you see real numbers before you commit. Jeff and Adam are on site daily, not weekly — and we deliberately limit how many projects we take each year to keep it that way. We work closely with homeowners, architects, trade partners, and local municipalities on every build.
